If you've made it this far, I take it you share an interest in mental health or just wanted to have a nosy - both of which I'm thankful for so welcome to my website!
I've been working with individuals to help improve their mental and physical health for over 3 years now and specialise as an integrative counsellor trained in person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy skills. During my training as a counsellor I started up an Instagram page called The Art of Acceptance, where I created and shared inspirational quotes and information related to therapy; with the aim of helping people to feel more accepted and understood. I was also going through a lot personally and trying to navigate my way through something very unexpected & traumatic, so in a way it helped me too. Over time, I let life get in the way - my job role changed, things at home changed and I lost sight of what I was doing it all for, so I gave up.
However, over the years I've always had it there in the back of my mind, still logging in and still hoping and trying to come back to it. Several months later, I feel ready and in the position to come back with a bang. I've been working hard behind the scenes on a rebranding - same colours, same intentions, just a little more personalised and a lot more experienced, so here we are! I'm so passionate about helping people holistically and can't wait to see where this journey takes us.
